Taking away all incentive.

Lowe's has turned on it's own. The infantry holding the front line has been undercut by the policymakers once again.

Employees in sales positions are no longer eligible to receive commissions on specialty products sold at the store level.

May not sound like a big deal to those who are not familiar with the process but there is a lot of work involved with processing the special orders these sales specialists work with. Suddenly the incentive to work so hard on those special order sales dwindled. Hmmmm.
